What i know…
We are all born as a distinct musical note, a vibration that emanates from within us. When allowed, it rides life like a dolphin through waves - playing with others in harmony. Yet life can be a journey of forgetfulness, spiraling away from the note, seeking anything and anyone that resonates with it, and suffering what clashes with it. It is the very suffering that sends us on the journey to self discovery - ‘awakening’ to our real, unapologetic:) self.
It is my passion to witness people “find themselves” within. As we play our true note in life - we live life, rather than survive it, and can observe disharmony, rather than react, resist and/or suffer it. Thus we learn that our heart can stay open, relating courageously, rather than recoil and/or fight.
What I know is that suffering is in the resistance. Freedom is in verification that everything yields to our note in authenticity and understanding.
It is a joy to see people beam in recognition of their sound, sensing it as it resonates in the body and plays its part in our world. There is nothing more fragrant and beautiful than each one of us in our essence, and it is the only way to harmonize on our little planet we call earth.
